Warita.net – Regent Iskandar Kamaru directly reviewed the implementation of the Integrated Service Post based on 6 Minimum Service Standards or Posyandu 6 SPM in Toluaya Village, Bolaang Uki District, Wednesday (29/4/2026). The activity was accompanied by the Head of the Regency Posyandu Development Team, Mrs. Hj. Selpian Kamaru-Manoppo. This activity was also attended by the Assistant III of the Bolsel Regional Secretariat, leaders of related regional agencies, the Head of Bolaang Uki District, the Head of Toluaya Village and their staff, as well as the local community.
The regent’s review is part of the Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency Government’s (Pemkab Bolsel) efforts to ensure optimal basic community services down to the village level. During the visit, the Regent directly observed the implementation of Posyandu, which has now transformed into an integrated service center based on six SPMs.
The transformation of Posyandu 6 SPM is a follow-up to the policy stipulated in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 13 of 2024. Through this policy, the function of Posyandu is no longer limited to maternal and child health services, but is expanded to cover six main sectors, namely health, education, public works, people’s housing, public order and security, and community protection, and social affairs. This transformation is aimed at improving the quality of life of the community through more comprehensive, integrated, and sustainable basic services.

On that occasion, Iskandar Kamaru expressed his appreciation to the Posyandu cadres, health workers, and village government who were deemed to have shown readiness and commitment in supporting the implementation of the program. He emphasized that the success of Posyandu 6 SPM greatly depends on cross-sectoral collaboration and active community involvement.
“Posyandu 6 SPM is the spearhead of basic services in the village. With integrated services, the community can obtain easier, faster, and more targeted access to services,” said the Regent.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Bolsel Posyandu Development Team stated that the PKK Mobilization Team is ready to play an active role in strengthening the capacity of Posyandu cadres.
This support is realized through coaching, mentoring, and improving the quality of administration and services so that the implementation of Posyandu 6 SPM can run optimally and sustainably.
Pemkab Bolsel also hopes that the application of Posyandu 6 SPM can be further expanded throughout the region. This step is considered strategic in encouraging the improvement of community welfare, reducing stunting rates, and realizing a healthy, orderly, and competitive village.
