Warita.net – The South Bolaang Mongondow (Bolsel) Regency Government continues to push for the acceleration of land legality for communities located in forest areas. One concrete step taken was holding a coordination meeting for the proposal of Inventory and Verification of Land Control for Forest Area Arrangement (Inver PPTPKH), Thursday (04/23/2026).

The coordination meeting, held in the Berkah Meeting Room, Bolsel Regent’s Office, Panango Office Area, was directly led by Regent H. Iskandar Kamaru, S.Pt, M.Si. Also present were Regional Secretary M. Arvan Ohy, SSTP, MAP, Assistant II M. Ichsan Utiah, SH, the team from the North Sulawesi Forest Area Management Center (BPKH) Region VI, leaders of related regional perangkat daerah, and the Heads of Pinolosian Tengah and Bolaang Uki Districts.

In his remarks, Regent Iskandar emphasized that this step is a follow-up to Presidential Regulation Number 62 of 2023. He explained that the proposed locations have been included in the indicative map based on the Decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6132 of 2024 concerning the Arrangement of Forest Areas for PPTPKH and Sources of Agrarian Reform Objects (TORA), as well as the PPTPKH and TORA Realization Map Revision III.

“This step is in line with National Development Priorities in the Government Work Plan (RKP) for 2026, namely regional development through the Agrarian Reform program. Our focus is on arranging assets and access to the utilization of agrarian resources to improve the welfare of the Bolsel community,” said the Regent.

In the initial stage, the Bolsel Regency Government prioritized three villages in the proposal, namely Deaga Village, Tabilaa Village, and Torosik Village. These three areas are considered to have met the criteria to be immediately processed in the next stages.

Regent Iskandar also stated that the proposal has been received and will be followed up immediately through a field review by the technical team.

“In the near future, possibly next week, the technical team will go directly to the location to conduct land measurements. This is done to guarantee legal certainty for the community and minimize potential agrarian conflicts in the future,” he explained.

Through this step, the Bolsel Regency Government hopes that the land legality process for the community can proceed more quickly, be directed, and provide legal certainty that directly impacts the improvement of residents’ welfare.
